Mostly good. I feel that Don Cameron [HomeVestors franchisee] misrepresented himself when he claimed that I could close whenever I wanted. Originally the closing date was February 15th. I asked to move it to December 15th or January 15th. Don chose January 15th. When the day was approaching I realized January 15th was a holiday so I asked if we could close on January 12th instead.
